I am a professional translator and an amateur artist. Curious and eclectic, lover of crazy people and too many things. In my spare time I love to draw. I am passionate about both my work and my favourite hobby and I am always eager to learn new things. I am always learning, and working hard to get better everyday in everything I do.

Being an amateur artist means that I draw simply because I love it. I loved drawing as a child but I stopped when I was 14 due to low self-esteem and because I thought I had no talent. At my 20's I turned back to my pencils, just because, and in a few years I realized I was right at 14, I had no talent, because there is no such thing as 'talent'. It is practice which really matters, along with passion and dedication.

That's why I'm learning now, and working hard to get better everyday. No matter what I do for a living, when I draw I'm happier, and I'm never going to leave my pencils again...

Just because I like it. I've always liked it. Drawing keeps my mind busy and wandering, and makes me happy. It makes me feel better and more comfortable with myself. Drawing makes me free.

Drawing is more than a hobby. For me, is like a therapy. Drawing is my placebo when I'm sad and my stimulant when I'm happy. At this point of my life I feel it is what I really need, no matter waht I do for a living, or how do I live my live: I'll always keep on drawing.

I've realized DA gives free Premium Membership to everybody for a day, so I wanted to take the opportunity and celebrate it by making make a big feature!
